By accessing and using Citelytic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Citelytic is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) traffic monitoring tool that uses AI to analyze brand visibility across various search engines and AI models.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Citelytic cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
Your subscription plan includes specific limits on AI usage (e.g., number of checks, prompts generated). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restriction of service until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
In no event shall Citelytic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
